Every item is a unique piece of art and therefore one of a kind. All products are 100% handmade and have the human touch of the Peruvian maker in each stitch. This makes the products charming and different from factor-made accessories. As no two pieces are the same, every piece has a different combination of colors and images. Imperfections are to be appreciated and expected.
Returns & exchanges
All sales are final. Please read product descriptions and review photos carefully. If you’ve made a mistake on your order, please contact us asap at contact@passporttheworld.com. If your order has not been sent, we will do our best to help you with an exchange, not a refund.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to accept returns or exchanges because all products are coming straight from Peru. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at contact@passporttheworld.com.

Make sure to read each product description before placing your order. This will state if you are receiving the exact product pictured or something similar. You can leave a note at check out if there is a particular color or pattern you would like to receive and we will do our best to accommodate each request.
If there is any problem such as fault or breakage within seven days of delivery, under normal wear circumstances, we will gladly replace your item with an alternative. Please keep in mind that the exact item you ordered may not be available.
If you are unsatisfied with the variation of the item you receive, we will do our best to exchange for a similar item in stock.
Customers pay return or exchange postage fee.
Customers are responsible for all custom/duty fees within their own countries.
Passport The World is not responsible for lost or missing packages and cannot replace items once a tracking number is provided.
Reminder: All sales are final. It is not possible to exchange, return or cancel your order, so make sure you choose your item carefully.
